The company has morphed into a new age agri-based infrastructure development firm that seeks to thrive on the tenets of the Industry 4.0 and Triple bottom-line concepts. It is situated in the heart of the Eastern Region (Asamankese-district capital of the West Akim District) with the highest availability of commercially viable tree species in the whole country.

The directors are experts in this type of venture; they hold a 75% stake in an existing timber processing company (Coppon Wood Processing). The Management of the company comprises experienced individuals, armed with expansive industry knowledge and rich track record of high-level managerial roles.02.
Availability of raw materials
Possesses a permit for over one hundred and fifty square kilometers of concessions, which contain a wide variety of tree species, positioning the firm as a vertically integrated company. The factory is positioned at a forest zone area where access to raw materials for production is readily available. This proximity enables T & C to procure logs about 20% below industry average, enabling the firm offer better quality and value for money to customers. The area is awash with an abundance of Ceiba trees as well as Otie, Chenchen, Celtis and Cedrella, ensuring a constant supply of raw material. The location is only about 120 Km to the Tema harbour for export and about 80 Km to Accra via Juaso- Nsawam road for trade and acquisition.
